Because digital products are accessible immediately,

Digital purchases are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

Refunds apply only if:

• Files are unusable and

• The issue cannot be resolved within 3 business days

2. Studio / Media Production Services

Refunds are available only before production work begins.

Payments are non-refundable after services or studio hours have started.

3. Academy Programs (Lessons & Training)

• Lessons canceled 24+ hours in advance may be rescheduled.

• Missed lessons without notice are non-refundable.
